Shipping within 3 to 5 working days.

We work directly with our suppliers, which allows us to offer you items at competitive prices, throughout the year and offer FREE delivery throughout mainland France.

The delivery time for orders is between 5 to 20 working days, directly to your mailbox by Letter or Parcel followed by La Poste.

In order to deliver to you as quickly as possible, we send your products as soon as they are available in stock, so it is possible to receive several packages separately when you order several items.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Your satisfaction is our priority, every purchase is 100% satisfied or refunded, within 14 days.

If an item arrives damaged/defective and does not suit you, please write to us at BabyPaws@gmail.com with photo proof of the item(s) in question and return the product to us (return costs are the responsibility of buyer's responsibility).

After verification and validation of the return by our customer service, we will refund your order.
